My name is Hailesha Chance, but everyone calls me Hailey. I am a proud co-founder of Delta Alpha Rho Sorority. I am a devoted wife and mother of two, and I enjoy bowling, playing pool, and traveling. I am very family-oriented, and I love spending time with my girls. I am passionate about uniting mature, driven, and professional women to build a strong sisterhood rooted in purpose and dedication. Hey girl, hey! I’m Kristal Wytch–one of the three bold and resilient women who came together to start a legacy. I’m a proud mom of four amazing kids and a true Queen City native, born and raised. After a few adventures in Oklahoma City and Georgia, I found my way back home to Charlotte. I work in law enforcement by day and enjoy unwinding with movies, good jokes, and quality time with family and friends. Loyalty, honesty, and respect mean everything to me, and I’m big on protecting the people I love. I’m a crime show and horror movie fan, and fun fact-I’m a Scorpio, so yes … it all makes sense.

I am 37 years old, originally from Jersey City, New Jersey, and currently residing in Greensboro, North Carolina. I am a proud mother of five wonderful children. I work as a Nurse III in the Emergency Department and am continuing my education to become a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
